What does DotPerformance’s Systems & Integration team do?
DotPerformance’s Systems & Integration team designs, builds, connects and runs the software organisations depend on: onboarding, customer self-service, back office, integrations and AI assistants. John Beaty leads it, in-house at 94 Woodbourne Road, Douglas, Isle of Man.
Who has DotPerformance built systems for?
The Isle of Man Constabulary, whose overtime portal cut payroll processing from hours to minutes; a UK council, where 120 schools book supply teachers in minutes; the TT Marshals Association; FC Isle of Man; and Construction Isle of Man.
Can DotPerformance take over a system someone else built?
Yes. DotPerformance reviews it first and tells you what it needs. Then it either brings the system onto Backbone™, its own platform, or looks after it as it is.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No. Most organisations start with the system causing the most trouble, then move the rest across when it makes sense.
Does DotPerformance also do websites and branding?
Yes. DotPerformance’s Web & Apps and Brand & Media teams work in the same building, so a system, the website in front of it and the brand around it can all come from one team.
Where are DotPerformance’s systems hosted?
On AWS, in UK or Ireland data centres, managed by DotPerformance. The team is Cyber Essentials certified, holds AWS qualifications and scans every system for security continuously, with uptime never below 99.99%.
