Will I work directly with senior people?
Yes. DotPerformance does not use account handlers or intermediaries. The people listed on this page are the people doing the work. Most projects involve Andy Orton directly alongside the relevant specialists.
Does DotPerformance outsource or subcontract any work?
No. All core work is delivered by the in-house team. That includes brand, design, development, video production, photography, systems, and marketing. Nothing is passed to freelancers or third-party agencies.
What experience does the DotPerformance team have?
Most of the team have 15 to 30 years of experience in their discipline. The agency has been operating since 2006 and several team members have been with DotPerformance for a significant part of that time.
Can the DotPerformance team handle a full project across multiple disciplines?
Yes. Because brand, digital, video, photography, systems, and marketing all sit within one team, DotPerformance delivers joined-up projects without handovers between suppliers.
