Juan is a Systems Support Specialist at DotPerformance. He maintains and supports client systems, handling the monitoring, maintenance, and day to day fixes that keep everything running as it should.

What makes Juan particularly effective in his role is not just his technical knowledge but how he applies it. He has moved with the technology throughout his career, staying current in a field that does not stand still, and that adaptability means he is well equipped for whatever the day brings. Troubleshooting system issues, implementing technical solutions, maintaining security, and verifying system performance all sit within his remit, and he approaches each with the same level headed calm that colleagues and clients have come to rely on.

That calm is perhaps Juan's most noted quality. He is a people person in the genuine sense, someone whose positivity and approachability make him as effective in a client facing situation as he is in a technical one.
