Systems Teams.
One senior team that designs, builds, connects and runs the systems your organisation depends on. They replace what slows you down, connect what doesn’t talk, and keep it all running, every month.

01About this service
DotPerformance provides a systems team that looks after and develops the systems your organisation runs on, every month. Design, development, integration, hosting and support all come from one in-house team, so there’s nothing to source elsewhere and nobody to manage.
02Why it works.
The same people every month. The same people work on your systems month after month, so nothing is lost between projects and nobody has to start from scratch.
Lower costs through better processes. Each month the team looks at where work still takes time and automates or removes those steps. Over a year, the time saved across your organisation adds up to a significant cost saving.
Your systems keep improving. Each month the team works through the changes you’ve agreed, so your systems keep up with how your organisation works.
Hosted and secured for you.Your systems run on AWS and are scanned, patched, monitored and backed up, with fixes made when they’re needed.
Fewer systems and fewer licence fees. Many organisations pay for overlapping software that doesn’t talk to each other. We bring that work into fewer, connected systems, so you stop paying for licences you no longer need.
Built on Backbone™.Your systems sit on our own platform, which is already running and supported, so new work starts from something proven.
03Who you’ll work with.
John leads it, with Paula as your main contact. The same people work on your systems every month.

04Every system is checked on a schedule.
Every system we look after is on a schedule: the software, the connections between systems and the security around them. Each one has a date it was last reviewed and a date it’s next due, so nothing is left until it breaks.

06Questions.
What is a DotPerformance Systems Team?
A monthly service where DotPerformance’s senior team designs, builds, connects and runs an organisation’s systems: development, integration, hosting and support from one team, rather than hiring developers or juggling suppliers.
How much does a Systems Team cost?
A Systems Team starts at £3,750 a month plus VAT, committed in three-month cycles. How much of the team you have each month is agreed in the plan, and the exact fee is calculated after we meet.
Can a Systems Team take on systems DotPerformance didn’t build?
Yes. Most of the systems DotPerformance looks after are ones it built, but it also takes on systems built by others. It reviews them first and tells you honestly what it finds: what can be kept, what needs fixing, and what would be cheaper to replace.
Can a Systems Team move you off a legacy system?
Yes. DotPerformance has moved a number of clients off old systems and onto ones it built. Older systems often hold years of data and workarounds nobody wrote down, so the work starts with a review of what you have and how your staff really use it. DotPerformance then builds the replacement, moves the data across, and runs old and new side by side until you’re ready to switch. The Systems Team that handles the move then looks after the new system.
Where are the systems hosted?
On AWS, in UK or Ireland data centres, managed by DotPerformance’s team. DotPerformance is Cyber Essentials certified, its team holds AWS qualifications, and every system is scanned for security continuously.
How does a Systems Team start?
With a conversation about what your organisation runs on today. DotPerformance then proposes a plan and a monthly fee, committed in three-month cycles.
