Matchday

The part of the app nobody in the stands sees.

Behind the app is the system the club runs on a Saturday. Stewards validate tickets by QR scan, or by reference if a code won’t read, with colours that identify the ticket type in poor light and bad weather. Walk-up sales happen at the gate on the same platform as advance sales, so reporting is complete rather than partial. The kit partner runs the shop through its own view, the club sets prices per fixture in the CMS, and for the first time FC Isle of Man can see a supporter’s whole relationship with the club in one place.
