Ravens

The app the big clubs have, built for a club this size.

A supporter walks up to The Bowl twenty minutes before kick-off. No printed ticket, no queue at the window. They open the pass already in their phone wallet, a steward scans it, and the colour on the screen says what kind of ticket it is. Two hours earlier they got a push notification about the match. At half time they’ll get the score. On the way home they’ll order a shirt and book their child onto the summer camp in the same basket. Supporters of Manchester United or Liverpool take an app like that for granted. Semi-professional clubs don’t usually get offered one. FC Isle of Man had grown faster than the tools around it: ticketing on one platform, merchandise on another, news on the website, and no direct line to supporters’ phones. We designed the platform for the phone first and built it out from there, as native iOS and Android apps alongside the website.
