In 2006, the Isle of Man created the slogan "Freedom to Flourish". Few have truly embodied those words like TopCare's founder, Sal Heddi. We uncovered the story behind his compassion and unwavering commitment - the very heartbeat driving TopCare's success.

With 15 years in nursing care behind him, Sal Heddi founded TopCare Group in 2019 with a straightforward vision: deliver compassionate, professional, person-centred care that genuinely improves lives.

Under his leadership, what began as a small home care operation has evolved into an award-winning organisation that now supports individuals and professionals across homecare, nursing, training and wellness. His approach is rooted in the idea that excellent care flows from a well-trained team who take pride in what they do.

When tasked to create a video to promote TopCare as part of a full marketing campaign and brand refresh, we knew it had to be more than just a typical corporate promo. Rather than the usual polished, scripted content, we chose to tell the human story behind the organisation - Sal’s remarkable journey from challenging beginnings in refugee camps to becoming an award-winning business owner.

The result is a heartfelt, inspiring narrative that breaks through the noise and shines a spotlight on the values Sal brings to TopCare’s success.
