Background

At the heart of TopCare remains their homecare and nursing services, supporting people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Alongside this, they expanded the group to now include homecare, nursing, training, wellness and blood tests. As their service offerings grew, their existing brand and website struggled to clearly communicate their full range and core values. An outdated design and complex navigation made it difficult for users to quickly find what they needed, which impacted engagement and enquiries.

Logo

Building on the existing logo, we refreshed it to be bolder, simpler, and more recognisable - reflecting the high standard of care TopCare provides. The heart element from the logo was extended as a key design motif throughout the brand, creating cohesion and warmth. A refined colour palette was developed, with distinct colours representing each service sector for clarity and consistency.

Website

We introduced clean, intuitive navigation and a refined colour scheme to create a smoother, more engaging user experience aligned with TopCare’s brand values. The site was completely rebuilt with a bespoke design and restructured around clear brand-positioning statements, ensuring visitors can quickly understand who TopCare is, what they offer, and how to get in touch.

Our film crew captured professional photos and videos for each service area, updating the website’s visuals as well as providing engaging content for social media channels.

Wearables and Merchandise

For Topcare’s brand and identity refresh, we carried the new look across a full suite of banners, merchandise and wearables to strengthen recognition at every touchpoint. We custom branded staff polo shirts with the new logo, along with designing cohesive business cards and lanyards for day-to-day use. The refreshed identity was also brought to life through event signage stands, and office signage - ensuring Topcare presents a clear, confident, and consistent visual presence both internally and out in the community.

Social Media

Over a focused nine week period, we delivered a strategic social media plan for TopCare across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as a key part of their wider brand identity refresh. Social media was essential in bringing the new brand to life in a dynamic, accessible way, ensuring it was not only seen but understood and felt by audiences across multiple touchpoints.

We curated a varied mix of organic posts and targeted ads, to build awareness, reinforce trust and clearly communicate TopCare’s services. Content spanned every service sector alongside website and brand identity promotion and lighter behind-the-scenes moments to humanise the brand. Each sector post clearly communicated TopCare’s offerings while remaining engaging, supported by high-level professional photography led by Nico across multiple shoot days. Short form video and reels, captured alongside photography, added energy and immediacy, delivering information quickly, clearly and in a way that held attention.

Outcome
