Background
At the heart of TopCare remains their homecare and nursing services, supporting people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Alongside this, they expanded the group to now include homecare, nursing, training, wellness and blood tests. As their service offerings grew, their existing brand and website struggled to clearly communicate their full range and core values. An outdated design and complex navigation made it difficult for users to quickly find what they needed, which impacted engagement and enquiries.
Logo
Building on the existing logo, we refreshed it to be bolder, simpler, and more recognisable - reflecting the high standard of care TopCare provides. The heart element from the logo was extended as a key design motif throughout the brand, creating cohesion and warmth. A refined colour palette was developed, with distinct colours representing each service sector for clarity and consistency.
