Garforth Gray wanted a property tour format that does more than document a space. The aim was to create a repeatable film language that helps listings stand out, holds attention, and supports the agency’s day-to-dacadence.
The result is an ongoing series of property films for the island’s largest residential estate agency, with tours regularly exceeding 100,000 views.
