Reframing the role and perception of TT Marshals through a film-led series.

We created this film-led series for Isle of Man TT Marshals to bring audiences closer to the reality of the role.

At the centre of the TT are thousands of volunteer marshals responsible for safety, control and response across the course. This work set out to show the people behind that responsibility, focusing on their experience, commitment and perspective rather than treating them as part of the backdrop.

The series takes a character-led approach, using film to reveal the pressure, pride and judgement involved in marshalling the TT. Instead of relying on spectacle, it gives viewers a closer understanding of what the role demands and why it matters.

Produced as an ongoing campaign rather than a single promotional piece, the work was designed to build recognition, respect and emotional connection over time.
