Behind the Scenes of Garforth Gray’s Team Headshot Shoot

Garforth Gray came into our studio for a full team headshot shoot as the business grew and the photography needed to catch up.

This page focuses on the behind-the-scenes side of the day. The studio was configured around Garforth Gray’s brand, using deep plum acoustic panelling and hot pink light strips to create a setting that felt more considered than a standard corporate headshot backdrop.

We photographed the team across the day while also capturing the process itself: lighting adjustments, image selection, direction on set, and the small moments that make a full-day team shoot feel relaxed rather than staged.

The result was not just a new set of headshots, but a clearer sense of how the brand could carry through the environment, the imagery and the atmosphere of the shoot itself.

Our role: Creative direction, studio setup, team headshot photography and behind-the-scenes production capture.
