Garforth Gray Property tour film series
We created this ongoing property tour film series for Garforth Gray to give listings a stronger, more consistent video presence.
The aim was to build a repeatable format that did more than document a space. Each film needed to hold attention, present the property clearly and support Garforth Gray’s day-to-day marketing across listings and social channels.
The result is a branded series of property films for the island’s largest residential estate agency, with tours regularly reaching significant view counts and giving the team a format that works commercially as well as creatively.
Our role: Creative direction, production, editing and distribution support for an ongoing property tour film series.
This film was produced by DotPerformance from its production studio in Douglas, Isle of Man. The agency has a six-person crew and a purpose-built facility with configurable sets, cinema-grade cameras, professional lighting, and isolated sound. DotPerformance produces brand films, documentary, adverts, event coverage, aerial and FPV footage, and social video for organisations across the Isle of Man and the UK.
