Watch the video Keith Trubshaw From Racer to Marshal

We sat down with Keith Trubshaw, the charismatic MGP racer who became a household name through his racing career in the 1970s and 80s. His transition into becoming a travelling marshal and to this day still a marshal for both the TT and MGP, Keith reflects on his time on the mountain course, the evolution of road racing on the Isle of Man, and what it means to give back to the sport that shaped his life.

This mini documentary captures Keith's stories, his charm, and the unique perspective of someone who's experienced the island's racing culture from both sides of the barrier, first as a competitor, then a marshal riding on the roads themselves and now a key figure of the convoy as the last bus over the mountain before roads closer.

Shot in a relaxed, conversational style, the film lets Keith's personality and passion for the sport come through naturally.
