There is nowhere quite like the Grandstand moments before the TT gets underway. Riders preparing. Spectators pressing forward. The air thick with anticipation and the unmistakable feeling that something extraordinary is about to happen. In the background, the Marshals are already at work, quietly ensuring that everything is in place before the first bike leaves the line. The Start Line captures all of it. The energy, the nerves, the colour and the noise, building to the moment the first riders launch onto the Mountain course and TT fortnight truly begins.
