The TT Marshals Association runs a Corporate Volunteering scheme that allows company employees to give their time during working hours, DotPerformance founder and owner Andy Orton was keen to lead by example. As Andy puts it, it's important for local businesses to get involved. The DotPerformance team completed an IMC training day before heading out to marshal for real, meeting in Laxey and taking the electric tram up to Sector 10, where Jordan serves as Chief Sector Marshal. The result is a film that captures the experience from the inside, honest, energetic and designed to encourage other Isle of Man businesses to follow DotPerformance's lead and sign up to Corporate Volunteering.
