A gym owner in Douglas is fitting out a new studio. She needs commercial-grade equipment, fast delivery, and a supplier who understands what serious training actually requires. She searches online. The first result that looks credible, loads quickly, and makes it straightforward to find what she needs is the one that gets the call.

The brief

MyGym supplies professional-grade gym equipment across the Isle of Man - full commercial fit-outs for gyms, leisure facilities, and businesses, and serious home set-ups for people who train at that level. The products are the real thing. The previous brand and digital presence weren't communicating that.

In a market where credibility matters before anyone picks up the phone, the gap between the quality of the product and the quality of the presentation was costing them.

Brand identity A strong, confident visual identity built around high performance. The kind of brand that works on a product label, a van, a social post, and a commercial fit-out proposal without losing coherence. Designed to signal that MyGym operates at the level their equipment does.

Ecommerce website Designed and developed around the real behaviour of two distinct customers - the commercial buyer specifying equipment for a facility, and the serious home gym builder working through a considered purchase. Fast, clear, and built to convert. Product feed management integrated so inventory stays accurate and up to date without manual overhead.

Corporate video Video production that communicates the scale and quality of what MyGym offers. For commercial clients making significant purchasing decisions, seeing the operation matters.

Digital marketing and social media Ongoing creative output that keeps MyGym visible to both audiences across digital channels. Content built to the same standard as the brand - consistent, on-message, and designed to drive traffic back to the platform.

AWS managed hosting and ongoing support Infrastructure that keeps the site fast, secure, and reliable. Ongoing optimisation ensuring the platform performs as the product range grows.

What changed

MyGym now has a brand and ecommerce presence that reflects what they actually supply. Commercial clients land on a site that communicates capability and makes specification straightforward. Home gym buyers find products presented clearly with a buying experience that matches their level of investment.
