Nobody plans a vet visit. Something goes wrong and you're choosing under pressure, usually on your phone, usually worried. You're not comparing brand identities. You're looking for two things: can I trust these people with my animal, and are they going to charge me fairly.

Most vet websites make both of those questions harder to answer than they should be. Vague language. Hidden pricing. Stock photography of dogs that look nothing like yours. You leave the site less sure than when you arrived.

The brief

TVHC is a veterinary practice in the North West. Good clinicians, fair pricing, and the kind of straight-talking service that builds loyalty once people find them. The problem was that none of that came through before someone walked in the door. The website and brand weren't building trust. They were just there.

People who knew TVHC trusted TVHC. People who didn't had no reason to choose them over anywhere else.

What we did

We rebuilt TVHC's presence around the thing their existing clients already valued: reassurance. Not marketing warmth. Practical reassurance. Clear answers to the questions people actually have before they pick up the phone.

Positioning and messaging Straight, specific language. What the practice does, what it costs, what to expect. Written for someone who's worried about their pet and wants facts, not feelings.

Identity Clean and calm. Designed to signal competence and care without trying too hard. Typography, spacing, and hierarchy used to create order, not personality.

Website Rebuilt around the things people actually need to do. Find a service, understand the cost, book an appointment, get in touch. Clear paths, fast answers, no friction.

Templates and print Stationery, signage, and materials designed for the team to use daily. The same clarity that works on screen, carried into the practice itself.

People who find TVHC online now get the same sense of trust and straight dealing that walk-in clients have always had. The website answers questions instead of creating them. The practice feels like what it is: competent, honest, and fair.
