H&H Motorcycles is a motorcycle dealership and e-commerce operation based on the Isle of Man. DotPerformance delivered brand positioning, bespoke website design and development, commercial photography and video, and an API-connected inventory platform with live stock visibility across multiple suppliers. The project is hosted on AWS and continues to develop as the operation grows.

H&H is the Isle of Man's official Yamaha dealer, run by the Harrison family—father and sons, TT and Manx Grand Prix racers. A family who understand motorcycles because they race them, crash them, rebuild them, and sell them.

That reputation is well known on the island. The Harrisons knew the online experience needed to match it. The e-commerce platform didn't reflect the knowledge behind the counter, and the inventory complexity underneath had outgrown the tools supporting it.

What H&H needed

A platform that could handle real inventory complexity across multiple suppliers with live stock visibility, and still feel fast and simple to the customer. Something built around how the business actually works, not how a template assumes a bike shop should work.

And a brand presence that carried the Harrison story into every page, so the credibility that fills the showroom wasn't lost the moment someone visited the site.

Where it landed

The site now works as hard as the showroom. Stock is live, browsing is fast, and the family's credibility is present from the first page. Customers who find H&H online get the same sense of knowledge and confidence that walk-in customers have always had.

The Harrisons built their reputation on the road. Now it carries online too. We continue to develop the platform as the business grows.
