Three jurisdictions. Two audiences. One website that knows the difference.

A finance director in Gibraltar needs a workplace pension scheme that works for local staff and cross-frontier workers. An employee in Douglas wants to know what their company scheme actually offers. Someone moving overseas wants to understand what happens to the pension they have spent years building.

Each of them arrives at the same website. Each needs a different answer. And each needs to trust the company giving it.

Pensions are complicated. Finding the right one shouldn't be.

Boal & Co has provided pension, trustee and administration services since 1995. Headquartered in the Isle of Man, with a team in Gibraltar, it serves individuals and employers locally and internationally.

That breadth is a strength. It is also a real challenge for a website. Every service, every scheme and every jurisdiction adds another path through the content. Individuals and employers ask different questions. Isle of Man, Gibraltar and international clients sit under different rules.

The business had grown. The website needed to be built around the business as it is now.

What we built

We designed and built a new website for Boal & Co, from site structure through to go-live.

Structure. Two clear routes: Individual Solutions and Employer Solutions. Each splits by Isle of Man, International and Gibraltar, then leads to a dedicated page for every solution. Visitors choose who they are and where they are. The site does the rest.

Custom design. Every template designed from scratch. Services, solutions, locations, careers, team, news, insights and events, alongside the home, about and contact pages. Solution pages do two jobs: explain the product clearly and give the visitor a reason to get in touch.

One system, not two. Employer Solutions is built on the same templates as Individual Solutions. Consistent for visitors. Simpler for the team to manage. Quicker to extend when a new scheme launches.

People at the front. Meet the Team has an overview and individual profiles, photographed by us on location at Marquis House with one consistent lighting setup. Careers has its own overview and vacancy pages. In pensions, people choose providers they trust, and trust starts with faces.

Content the team controls. Built on a CMS so Boal & Co can publish news, insights, events, vacancies and team profiles themselves.

Build and launch. Every page coded to the approved designs, with back-end development, testing across devices and browsers, and a managed go-live.

What changed

Boal & Co now has a website that matches the scale and seriousness of the business. Visitors reach the right solution for their situation in a few clicks. Employers and individuals each have their own route. The team keeps content current without waiting on anyone.

In pensions, clarity is credibility

A pension is a decision people make once and live with for decades. A provider's website is often where they first test whether that company deserves their trust. Clear structure, real people and current content are how a website passes that test.

For Boal & Co, it now does.
