Two decades of experience across systems, security, and technical support means he has seen almost everything. Very little phases him.

John has the kind of technical mind that finds satisfaction in a problem properly solved, a system properly built, and a process that runs cleanly without anyone having to think about it. That instinct for getting things right, combined with a natural curiosity about where technology is heading, has kept him at the forefront of the discipline for more than twenty years.
