Sal’s story

Founder film introducing Sal Heddi and the context behind TopCare’s growth.

As part of a wider brand refresh and marketing campaign for TopCare Group, we produced a founder film centred on Sal Heddi and the story behind the organisation.

This page focuses on the behind-the-scenes side of that production. From interview setup and sound checks to camera direction and on-location filming, it captures the process behind a piece designed to feel personal rather than scripted.

The brief was to avoid a standard corporate promo, so the production was built around a more documentary approach. That meant creating an environment where Sal could speak naturally, while the crew worked carefully around the interview and supporting footage to keep the film grounded and human.

What you see here is the making of that piece: the technical preparation, the on-set decisions and the small production moments that shaped the finished film.
